He is very good at communicating his wants and needs. I am looking for someone who can come in at 5:15am-6:30am to help him get ready in the morning and take him to daycare. M-F every other week and sometimes on the weekends when I have him. He is good at getting himself dressed but might need your help with the toothpaste and toothbrush. I want someone who is really caring and safe. That will talk to him with respect and understanding. Who is familiar with positive reinforcement and big on encouraging! If you make everything into a game or a competition it works great for him.

If feasible I'd like her to attend different activitys around town, like Library storytime, the park(weather permitting or even a music class.
