A little bit about us

Looking for a special someone to assist our 12 year old son with significant intellectual disabilities. He has an infectious smile, loves doors, books, asking questions, the outdoors, his family, his friends, his dog (who he recently lost to cancer) and those willing to take the time to get to know him. He needs help with hygiene, chores, safety, engagement with peers, exercise, coordination and other daily tasks. Must have legal status working in the US. Sick leave can be available. I’m a FCPS teacher and my eldest of off to college so we are looking for a couple extra hands around the house. Negotiable hours/week. Starting in the fall for after school care and/or weekends.
