Thursday Evening Nanny — Lakeway 💛

Every Thursday | 4:30–9:00 PM | $30–$35/hour

We’re a family of three in Lakeway looking for a wonderful, dependable nanny to become our consistent Thursday evening person for our 3-year-old daughter, Madelyn (Madi)!

A little about Madi ✨

Madi is incredibly bright, verbal, imaginative, musical, and FUN. She loves pretend play, singing (she knows an impressive number of songs!), books, puzzles, princesses, and being creative. She has a huge personality, a great sense of humor, and can happily get completely absorbed in imaginative play.

She’s also a sensitive kiddo who thrives on consistency, calm energy, and predictable routines. Transitions can sometimes be hard for her, especially when she’s tired, so we’re looking for someone who is patient, warm, confident, and comfortable holding gentle boundaries. Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with young children rather than simply supervising would be our dream fit.

Thursday Routine 🌙

4:30–5:00 PM: Play, connect, finish up dinner if not already done
5:00 PM: Bath + pajamas
5:30 PM: Books, cuddles, and winding down
6:00 PM: Bedtime

Her early bedtime is important to us and her, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently keep the evening moving and protect that routine.

After Madi is asleep 🏡

The remainder of the evening would be a combination of downtime and some light household help, including:

• Cleaning up dinner + dishes
• Resetting the kitchen
• Light meal prep for the family
• Tidying Madi’s play areas / putting toys away

We primarily want someone wonderful with Madi who is also happy to help us reset the house once she’s asleep.

Schedule: Every Thursday, 4:30–9:00 PM
Location: Lakeway
Pay: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
