A little bit about us

We are a family in the Medical District looking for flexible, part-time care for our newborn, arriving in November. We're seeking someone to start in early 2025. Ideally, we're looking for a nanny with the flexibility of a babysitter – available on-call as needed, whether in our home or at a location in the nearby Chicagoland area.

My partner works in pharmacy healthcare, and I’m a tattoo artist with a creative, evolving schedule. We’re excited to find someone who’s caring, dependable, and ready to be a part of our growing family!

- Plan age-appropriate activities that support his development

- Support naps, feeding and daily routine

- Handle bottles, baby dishes and baby laundry

- Take him on outings and activities outside the home

- Keep his space clean and organized

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience caring for infants

- Warm, patient, dependable and attentive

- Strong communication skills and references

- Up to date on vaccinations

- Non-smoker

- Current infant and child CPR/first-aid certification

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A NOTE ABOUT OUR FAMILY

My husband and I work from home some days, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable caring for a baby in a home where a parent is present.

We also have a very friendly dog Simba, a mini goldendoodle who loves people.
