Hi! We're a warm family in Foster City looking for a part-time nanny for our 6-month-old baby — Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (20 hrs/week). Start date is flexible, though we'd love to find the right person soon!
This is a co-care position: grandparents are home and actively involved, so you'll be caring for the baby together with them, not solo. Typical mornings include library storytime, playground visits, and playdates, plus bottles/feeding, diapers, nap support, and light baby-related tidying.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish required — you'll be speaking, singing, and reading to our baby in Spanish (early bilingual exposure is our goal!). English fluency not required.
2+ years of infant experience with great references
Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
Own reliable car, valid license, clean driving record, and insurance — we provide the car seat, mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
Authorized to work in the US (background check required)
Pay: $30/hr, paid biweekly. We run proper payroll and will need standard tax documentation (SSN/EIN) for our Dependent Care FSA.
