We are looking for a caring, dependable, and trustworthy nanny to help care for our two children, ages 2 and 5.
We need childcare approximately 3 times a week and are open to discussing either part-time or full-time arrangements depending on availability. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, caring, and positive environment.
The ideal nanny would be patient, responsible, attentive, and comfortable keeping young children engaged throughout the day. We value someone who communicates well, is reliable, and treats our children with kindness and respect.

We're first time parents expecting a baby boy in early March 2027, and we're looking for a warm, reliable nanny (or a nanny share arrangement with another family) to help care for him a few days a week.
I work as an event marketing executive and travel often for work. My wife works from home and is online most of the day, though her schedule has busier stretches and quieter ones, so she'll be around but will need a dependable second set of hands. We're hoping to find someone who feels like part of the household rather than just hired help.
Rounding out the family is Dutch, our 2.5 year old dog. He adores kids and loves to play, and he's on a steady daily routine, so he's easy to have around. If you'd be up for a midday walk with him, he'd be thrilled, but it's not a requirement.

Full-Time Nanny — Jamaica Plain, Boston
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:30pm (50 hrs/week)

In addition to direct care and activity planning both inside and outside the home, the nanny will also assist with child-related housekeeping as time allows, including children’s laundry, children’s meal preparation, and toy clean up. The nanny will also cover one date night per month, and will be paid for additional hours. Also looking for someone that is able to maintain a consistent feeding and sleeping schedule.
Requirements: Must have experience with babies, able to provide references, CPR certified, has a car and a clean driving record, and non-smoker.
