Full-Time Nanny Job: The Wilson Family with 2 Children
Hello! Our incredible nanny of 3 years recently moved on to become a preschool teacher.
In October, our daughters will be 9 months old and 4 years old. Our almost 4-year-old is in Montessori preschool Mon-Fri from 8:30am-12pm.
We are looking for someone who is caring, dependable, respectful, nurturing, and playful. Someone passionate about childcare and a great fit for supporting our family. Our style is to welcome our nanny into our hearts and recognize them as an important part of our family team.
Requirements: experience caring for babies and young children, infant and child CPR/choking certified, non-smoker, reliable transportation, a driver's license + clean driving record and confident driving our preschooler.
Preferred qualities: prior nanny experience, familiarity with Montessori principles and Respectful Parenting, education related to childcare or early childhood development/education, and enjoyment in helping us run an organized, flowing schedule and household.
Location: Southwest Minneapolis
Start date: Sept 21 (somewhat flexible)
Pay range: $26-$27 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-4/4:30pm
Benefits: PTO, paid major holidays
We use professional payroll software and follow all taxes.
I work from home the majority of the time and have flexibility in my workday. My husband works from home 2-3 days per week. We are present throughout the days and enjoy eating lunch all together and being as available as we can. We don't have any pets. We value being active and spending time outdoors, reading, creative and imaginative play.
We look forward to finding a great fit. Thank you for considering!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Taher Family with 1 Child
We are looking for part time help with our 6 year old - primarily after school from approx 3-6 daily. This would include receiving him from the bus, occasional pick up for activities, snack, play. If time or experience allows, we can add more hours for light housekeeping. We also may need help on half days and days off from school that are not holidays (ex. MEA). If all goes well, we will need extra help over the summer.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bennett Family with 1 Child
I am looking for a nanny for my 11 month old son! He's an active, curious and independent baby with a cheerful disposition.
Schedule: 7:45am-5pm Tuesday through Thursday (required) with occasional Friday half-days (requested, but not required) (~28 hrs/week). Preferred start at the beginning of October.
Location: Kingfield (SW Minneapolis), in our home
Pay: up to 23/hr, negotiable with experience
Sick days: 4 paid per year
Other details: Our son has a medical condition, so comfort with administering medicine is needed, and we may request that you occasionally do his nebulizer treatment. He eats a combination of table foods, purees, and milk. He is on a regular 2 nap per day schedule; one nap is reliably 60-90 minutes, so you'll hopefully get a daily break! No driving is currently needed in this role.
A good fit: An active nanny who likes walks, going to the park, reading, art, and music. We have a strong preference for someone who lives nearby; I will not accept applicants who would have a 30+ minute commute.
Our family aims for low screen time, so creativity and problem solving are extra helpful. :)
Nonsmoking and CPR certified a must.
Light, baby-related housework would be expected occasionally (basic toy tidying, prepping/washing bottles, cleaning high chair, leaving things as they were found).
We're looking for someone who can commit to the schedule with minimal exceptions. Both of us work outside the home and have limited flexibility in our hours.
If this interests you, please reach out and we can discuss more details!

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Hamilton Family with 1 Child
Looking for a reliable, kind nanny who can watch our 1-year-old, while also feeling like a valued member of our family. You would primarily care for 1yo (our third child), while also having some time with our older two over school breaks, etc. We do not have local family so looking for someone who can help support our family and be included in our daily lives.
Our little guy is a typical third child in that he's chill, goes with the flow and loves to play. I would be working from home but leave you alone, trust you to manage his care, and encourage outings with him.
