Part-Time Nanny Job: The Dunlap Family with 1 Child
Hello! We are seeking a part time in home nanny (15-20 hrs/week) for our 2.5 year old daughter by the end of September/early October.
It’s really important for us to find someone who meshes well with our family and values. We’re a biracial home, advocates, and allies. We focus on teaching our daughter inclusivity and kindness. We are located in NE Grand Rapids- Creston area. Our last nanny family felt like extended family to us, and we’re really hoping to find another magical match!
Engagement/Care: We’re looking for someone with a desire to spend lots of time outdoors, fostering her imagination and curiosity. Montessori style teaching/engagement activities- she loves art, building materials, helping bake/cook, movement, etc. Outings each week in the community together- local parks, Frederick Meijer Garden, library, etc (we would provide $ for her). Socializing with other children, etc.
Hours: My husband works full time M-F in office. My hours and timing for childcare vary each week depending on my work meetings. Childcare hrs vary 15-20 per week, between M-TH (usually between the hrs of 9:30am and 4:30pm). I typically send my schedule out the week prior for the upcoming week. No holidays expected or weekends!
Pay: $20-$23 depending on experience.

we have a baby girl under the age of 1 currently. We need someone to watch her for 1 hour in the afternoon 2pm-approxamtley 315pm. My husband usually leaves for work at 215pm. I will get home around 315-320 the latest. We have 1 cat and 1 dog. NOTE: The dog will be crated for the hour no care needs to be done for him.

She will need someone to pick her up from school, bring her home, assist with homework and maybe drop off to extra curricular activities if I am unable. responsibility just make sure my son is active during his awake windows playing with toys showing him book time an that he takes his naps. He drinks formula and baby food during casual meal times. i hope that you keep him clean as much as possible to avoid getting milk in his neck rolls.
