A little bit about us

I have a 9 month old son. Hes very active, and charming. Im looking for approx 3 days a week, tues, thurs sat or wed,thur,fri but per diem to start. Sometimes ill be working out of the garage and others ill be out of house for 3-5 hours. My husband works from home and we have to keep the baby from crawling under his desk. Baby has a designated area, a baby gate for his room, the kitchen but the office opening is too wide. Baby has a consistent 2 nap schedule and falls asleep within those windows. I also feed him 2-3 meals after a bottle. He feeds himself and takes spoon feeding. I want him to get used to a new person before a wedding we have in 2 weeks on the 21st of march.

We are moving in 5.5 weeks to the suburbs of Houston. Once there we will most likely hire an au per to work 3.5 days a week who we will cover living expenses and pay roughly 500/week.

We are looking for a dependable, caring live-in nanny for our two boys, ages 4 and 1, in a beautiful Scottsdale home with a pool. The primary schedule will most likely be Monday through Thursday every other week, although there may be some flexibility in how the schedule is arranged.

Most responsibilities will be during the daytime and will focus on attentive childcare, preparing and serving meals and snacks, maintaining their routines, playing and engaging with them, and cleaning up the children’s food, toys, and activity areas. I own ReFramed Performance & Recovery and could use help with projects such as website updates, social media, communication, organization, and other business-development work. These would be focused, separately scheduled and compensated hours beyond the nanny responsibilities. Experience in these areas is welcome but not required—the most important qualifications are reliability, sound judgment, patience, and genuine care for the boys.
