My daughter just turned 3 on Father's Day. She is autistic & currently nonverbal. She does have picture communication cards & can also use some sign language. She needs to be picked up from school on weekdays at 3 PM & watched until 5:30 PM. She enjoys being outside & prefers independence. Although she is nonverbal, she can sign for help & can still find other ways to tell you she needs your help.

I don’t expect a bunch of housekeeping, just picking up plates and not letting them wreck the house. We love being outdoors and they have very limited iPad time, usually once a week.
