Won't be looking for a nanny share to start till January but starting to look around and see who might be interested. One baby girl, will be about 3-4 months when we start care. Will need full time 40 hours/week and open to having the share at our hour or someone else's house, depending on situation. We do have one dog who wouldn't require care but would be home at times (about 40 lbs, super friendly, calm and great with kids of all ages).

Must be okay with parents potentially home part of the time (husband works from home occasionally and maybe watching one of the kids while you take the other). Both kids are well-behaved. Our family is very outdoorsy and athletic so we are looking for someone that can keep up with the little ones!
