Full-Time Nanny Job: The M Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a reliable and nurturing full-time nanny to care for our young child. The role will include all responsibilities related to the child’s care, such as feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, laundry, bathing, and maintaining an organized play/learning environment.
We also need someone who is able to drive our daughter to her activities throughout the day.
At this time, she attends school at 3:30 in Columbia. Once she is dropped off, the nanny will be off.
We will add in school during the day, for half the day (in the morning) to help our daughter socialize.
We have a strong preference for a nanny who has knowledge or background in early childhood development and education, as we value hands-on engagement that supports our child’s growth. The ideal candidate will be naturally nurturing, patient, and proactive in creating opportunities for learning and play that encourage both speech and motor skill development.

• Prior experience in childcare (infant/toddler care preferred)
• Warm, hands-on approach with children
• Reliability and consistency in daily routines
• Comfort with supporting developmental needs and milestones

During the school year there would be picking one child pick up from a school 13 minutes from our home at 3pm and picking up a be second child from the school bus drop off which is on our street. Preferably someone with their own car, there may be the option to use our vehicle just for activities with the children. May consider full time nanny/house manager options in the next 3-6 months.
