A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny share 2 days-3 week (ideally Mon/Tue or Wedn/Thurs. Hours: 8:30am-5pm) for two toddler friends who are both 19months old. We are looking to alternate between our houses in Oceanside and Encinitas.

Responsibilities would include caring for children, light cleaning, meal prep, engaging in activities. We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, experienced with infant/toddlers, loves children, and is confident balancing two at a time!

We're looking for someone who is comfortable with pets (dog), CPR certified, vaccinated (included COVID-19), has a reliable car, and is a non-smoker.

Responsibilities:

Children
* 9-year-old boy with autism: he is very high functioning and independent- you will be assisting with schoolwork, indoor and outdoor play, preparing snacks, and working on predefined independence goals.

* 2 month-old baby girl: General infant care, including tummy time, soothing/rocking to sleep, and other age-appropriate activities.
* Wash bottles and pump parts.
* Organize diaper and baby-supply stations throughout the house.
* Assist with baby-related laundry and general organization.

Requirements
* Experience caring for both newborns and older children
* Experience working with children with autism
* Comfortable around dogs
* References required
* Standard vaccinations required
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
