Babysitter Job: The Kimmie Family with 2 Children

Hi, I'm looking for an engaging babysitter for 1 year old and newborn approx 2 times a week for approx 4-6 hours while I work (longer hours if I need to go to store or clean a bit).
Light meal prep for baby and cleaning up after baby where he eats and plays would be needed.
I work from home and could pop in if needed.
I can watch baby on my days off but my spouse who is to watch baby on his days off can be unreliable with an ever changing work schedule, so schedule could vary Monday- Thursday usually.
