Full-Time Nanny Job: The Kang Family with 1 Child
Hello! We’re a family in Folsom looking for a reliable, caring, and passionate nanny for our 12-month-old baby girl.
Our daughter is currently going through such an exciting stage of development—learning to walk, saying her first words, and becoming more curious and independent every day. We would love to find someone who has experience or training in infant/toddler care and child development and genuinely enjoys engaging with little ones through age-appropriate play, activities, reading, and outdoor time.
We’re looking for someone who will not only provide loving and attentive care for our daughter, but also be thoughtful and considerate of our family as a whole. We really value open communication, reliability, consistency, and someone who feels comfortable working together with us as a team.
We also have a sweet Pug/Chihuahua mix, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
Light, baby-related housekeeping would be greatly appreciated, such as tidying the baby’s play areas, cleaning up after meals, washing baby dishes/bottles, and helping keep the kitchen tidy after preparing or serving her food.
Most importantly, we hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies and would like to build a warm, trusting, and consistent relationship with our daughter and family.

About our Family
We live in Folsom near the Palladio with our 2 kids (3 month old boy & 2.5 year old girl) and 2 golden retrievers. I work at home and my husband works in Sacramento. We enjoy spending time outside in our backyard and pool, traveling, going on walks and going to the park.. We aren’t totally against screen time but definitely try to limit it. We follow wake windows based on our kids' age, do not use the cry it out method and we practice authoritative parenting.
Work Details
Wednesday & Thursdays 8-5pm starting June 26th with at least a year commitment
Care for both kids on Wednesdays and just our 4 month old son on Thursdays
Flexibility to work other days in the week
Available for date nights and overnights
Pay is negotiable based on experience
Experience & Education Requirements
First Aid & CPR certified
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Non smoker
Background in Child Psychology is a plus
Responsibilities
Basic care (change diapers, feed, put down for naps, baths)
General activity planning to guide age appropriate learning
Lots of reading, playing and outdoor time
Outings to the zoo, mygym, park, children’s museum, busykids
Meal prep for the kids
Tidying up common and play areas like living room, kitchen, kids bedrooms
Doing the laundry & putting it away

Hi! I am looking to hire a babysitter for 1 child in Folsom. I am a single mom and I am finally getting out into the dating world. Im looking for someone to take care of my little guy. He is 3 with a TON of energy. It would mostly be Friday or Saturday nights (not every week) but just as needed. I would prefer to have a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets as I have a little dog and definitely who is CPR certified. I am pretty laid back but I really don't want someone who is going to be on their phone the whole time. He really likes to play cars and do activities so I need someone active and creative.
