Babysitter Job: The Hardin Family with 3 Children

ACTIVE PROFILE AS OF 4/1/2025!

Immediate need for sat, 4/5 from 9pm to 2:30am - Sarah

We're looking for a reliable, flexible babysitter to help with our 3 energetic boys, ages 5 and 3 (twins), for occasional date nights and weekend coverage. Dad is a DJ and has shows that are scheduled weeks to a month in advance. We need someone who can work some or all of the following:

Monday nights (2x a month): 6pm to 1:30/2:30am
Friday & Saturday nights: Late hours
Weekend days: For day parties

Our kids are active, but respectful. The main responsibilities are:

- Keeping them safe and fed
- Encouraging clean-up after themselves
- Encouraging self entertainment or join them (play-based and TV/movies are fine)
- Bedtime is at 8:30-9pm on weekends, earlier for week nights
- Some nights we may have you come after they are asleep.

Once the kids are settled, fine with you enjoying Netflix/nap etc. until we return. Please no guests.

Compensation: $20/hr (if your rate is less just bring it up to $20/hr, we budget for it).

Payments can be made via cash, Venmo, or Zelle at the end of the night. (We prefer digital).

We live in downtown LA at 825 S Hill and look forward to meeting the right person to join our family.

Thank you!
