I am seeking a reliable nanny to care for my 2 year old toddler and 3 month old infant. The hours would be from 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
My kids do not attend any extra curricular activities. I would like to hire someone who is well versed in teaching my toddler (ABCs, colors and etc), read to my toddler and play with toddler.
My expectations are engaging activities with unstructured independent play. Responsibilities included are: reading books, singing and dancing to music, imaginative pretend play, and sensory bins.
As far as my 3 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I work from home and will have a supply of breastmilk for you to bottle feed my infant until I’m off work (7am-3:30pm).
I would like you to focus on basic care, routine milestones, and age-appropriate sensory engagement. This includes managing feeds, diaper changes, and naps, as well as actively promoting physical and emotional development through tummy time and reading.

-Every Tuesday morning for school drop off
-Alternating weeks Tuesday or Friday afternoons, until approximately 6:00 PM
-Looking for someone dependable who can commit to a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities include:
-Driving the children to school and handling school pickups
-Helping with homework and after-school routines
-Starting dinner (meals will already be prepared)
-Planning fun, and age-appropriate activities.
-Providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable, safe vehicle and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
-A car seat will be provided
-Strong English communication skills are required

Our situation currently is that we have a three months old daughter and we are both part-time working from home (we live in Silver Spring, MD).
As of end of September, I would like to work two full days a week and I’m therefore looking for a part-time nanny for October-December and then starting January until July, I will be looking for a full-time nanny, but I’m still thinking that I may only need the nanny for 4 days a week (January – July). Covid 19 - We take these precautions very seriously. Especially since we have an infant at home. Nanny will be required to wear a mask. Our family practices social distancing and limit our outings. My husband works in healthcare. If he tests positive, he will be out of work (and pay) for 14 days. We are extremely careful about exposure.
Nanny Duties - All tasks related to taking care of children such as playing, feeding, food preparation, playarea clean up, children's laundry etc. You will not be required to do cleaning that is not related to child care.
