Part-Time Nanny Job: The Newman Family with 1 Child
We are a warm family of three in Bend seeking a part-time nanny for our 10-month-old son starting in mid to late September. We value outdoor time, play-based learning, and a consistent routine. We also have two friendly cats.
We’re looking for care 2 days per week: every Friday plus alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays, approximately 7:15 AM–4:15 PM. I’m a teacher and my husband is a nurse, so we’re looking for someone reliable and consistent while we’re both working.
CPR/First Aid certification and infant experience are required. We’re looking for someone warm, dependable, and excited to create fun, engaging days with our son. If you think you might be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Singh Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a nanny to support the caretaking of our 15 month older for 8 - 10 hours per week (ideally twice a week of 4-5 hours!). It would be playing, reading, taking to the nearby park and occasional lunches.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Smith Family with 4 Children
Hi! We’re looking for a kind, patient, and experienced nanny to care for our sweet 11-month-old son, with occasional help with his three older brothers. The main focus of the role is our baby, though! This position would be on Fridays from 8 am - 3 pm / 4 pm.
His brothers are 8, 7, and 6 and are in elementary school during the year and attend camp in the summer. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves babies and enjoys age-appropriate developmental play, reading, exploring, and creating a fun, nurturing environment.
Occasional help with the older boys might include school pickup, after-school snacks, or helping with transitions through the busy parts of the day. We also really appreciate someone who enjoys being organized and is happy to be an extra set of hands.
Our family is very easygoing and we value open communication, reliability, and creating a positive space for you as well!

Hi my name is Maggie, my boyfriend and I will need help on some Sundays on the off chance that our main babysitter can’t help! Our little girl Juno is the sweetest bug!:) She’s 16 months old and full of life. We would need someone to watch her from 9am-4pm.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Guerra Family with 1 Child
I’m looking for a part-time nanny (around 20–25 hours/week) for my sweet 12-month-old, starting July 2nd.
Set schedule:
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Thursdays & Fridays: Shorter, flexible hours based on my meeting schedule (I work from home, so this can shift week to week).
About the job:
• My daughter is super chill and naps best in the stroller, so there will be lots of walks!
• Your main responsibilities: feeding, diaper changes, and playtime.
• No cleaning or extra tasks required.
You’ll be on payroll as a household employee, so standard taxes will be taken out.
We’re a warm, easygoing family and are sad to be losing our current nanny (she’s moving out of state!). We’re hoping to find someone who feels like part of the family.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Liter Family with 1 Child
This feels funny to be writing a prompt in search of a nanny for our family because I used to use this website to find nanny jobs myself!
We’re looking for part time care for our (currently) 4.5 month old son to start sometime late June/early July as I ramp up my busy season with work and would end early November. My husband works Mon-Fri (4:30am-4pm) year round and I own a photography business which means our schedules get hectic especially during the summer/fall!
While my husband works in Redmond during the week, I will be busy with work at home and while baby is still my priority, I need to be able to transition into finding a happy medium of work/life balance. That’s where you come in!
Our hope is to bring someone into our home 2x a week for 10-15hrs week to care for our little man and maybe help around the house when possible so I can get work and errands done. I’m extremely flexible on schedule as long as both days are between Mon-Thurs & 8:30am-4pm while my hubby is at work! (Added an example schedule for reference but it can be adjusted!)
As far as what we’re looking for out of a nanny these would be the main traits:
-problem solver
-patient & kind
-observant
-efficient
-outgoing/playful/active
-able to take constructive criticism in a positive way & can respond appropriately in all situations (we want to maintain the peace!)
-good with dogs & cats (we have 2 pups & 1 cat)
Our family is big on outdoor time and want our son to spend as much time outside as possible. Bonus if he needs a shower after playtime because yay for sensory development!!!
