Part-Time Nanny Job: The Viza Family with 1 Child
We’re hoping to find a lovely family to share our nanny with! We’re looking for a family who needs childcare 24 hours a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Our nanny is flexible, so there’s room to adjust the schedule if an earlier start or later finish works better for your family. She’s also available for occasional weekends and date nights!
We’re hoping to host the nanny share at our home, where we’ve created a great space for the kids, with plenty of toys, age-appropriate activities, and dedicated areas for them to play, explore, and learn.
If your family needs care five days a week, I’d also be open to caring for both little ones on Wednesdays. We’d love to find a family that feels like a good fit for everyone!

NANNY WANTED: Bethany, OR (NW Portland Metro)
We’re a warm, busy work-from-home family looking for a reliable full-time nanny for our 5-month-old son, starting January 2027 for a long-term role.
--Schedule & Pay--
Mon-Fri, 7:30am-3:30pm (40 hrs/week guaranteed)
$25+/hr DOE, W-2, with paid time off and paid holidays
To discuss: occasional date night babysitting and local travel (e.g., a week at the coast in summer)
--About Us--
Both parents work full-time from home on Central/East Coast hours, so we’re nearby and available throughout the day.
--The Role--
Engaging, age-appropriate care (tummy time, reading, playtime, and outdoor walks), supporting breastfeeding and bottle feeding, preparing meals and snacks as we start solids, and keeping up with baby-related laundry, bottle and pump part cleaning, and light tidying.
--What We’re Looking For--
Hands-on experience with infants under 12 months
Current infant CPR/First Aid certification
Fully vaccinated (including Tdap and flu), clean driving record, nonsmoker
Warm, patient, dependable, and proactive, with great communication
--Preferred--
Experience with breastfed babies (handling pumped milk, paced bottle feeding, working around nursing sessions)
Comfortable working in a home where parents are present and working, with good judgment about when to check in versus handle things independently
Newborn or infant-specific training, like safe sleep practices
--To Apply--
Please message me with a short intro, your resume (or a summary of your childcare experience, including with infants), and what you’re hoping to find in your next nanny position. References will be requested.
--We ask that you have reliable transportation and be comfortable around animals, as we have a small (friendly) dog.--

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Keller Family with 1 Child
Hello! We are looking to join or start a nanny share in North Portland in January. Our son will be 7 months old and we’re looking for a family with a similar age baby. I need 2 full days per week (ideally Tuesdays/ Thursdays). We would love if the other family can host since we’ve got a sweet, shy dog that is apprehensive with strangers. Looking for another lighthearted, open, and playful family, who loves outdoor time with kids, wants to avoid screens until they’re older, is updated on vaccines, and prioritizes evidence based child development guidelines. Families (and eventually nannies) from diverse cultural or language backgrounds are very welcome. Please message me if interested!
***FYI my care needs will fluctuate by academic term and we may not need care July-August.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The McGoldrick Family with 1 Child
May only need part time, but we are expecting our first child this fall (due date 10/31/25). We are looking for child care but depending on what is available we may need a nanny a couple of days during the work week. So ideally looking for someone available 1-2 days a week and if we can't find day care once we're both back at work, up to 5 days a week (Monday through Friday).
Babysitter Job: The Conly Family with 1 Child
Just looking to explore this site as a future option right now. Our baby has a due date in December 2025 so after parental leave we would probably looking for someone around March or April of 2026. My wife and I both work. She works Monday thru Friday but I’m a firefighter and have an odd schedule so we’d be looking for someone with flexibility and willingness to work somewhere between 6-8 days a month, likely during the week. I get my work schedule for the entire year so although the days are scattered we would be able to plan in advance. The days would likely be somewhere in the 10 hour range … 7am to 5pm or so. As we get closer we’d be able to figure that out more exactly. We also have a 5 year old golden retriever at the house who is very friendly and easy.
