Part-Time Nanny Job: The Hindi Family with 1 Child
We are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive nanny to care for our toddler.
Schedule: 20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase to up to 35 hours per week in 2027.
Location: Upper East Side, candidates should live within an easy and reliable commute.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, hands-on care for our toddler, creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment through play, reading, creative activities, and learning opportunities.
No Screens or Phones: We maintain a strict no-screen-time policy for the children. Personal phone use while on duty should be limited to emergencies and essential communications with the parents.
Potty Training: Actively support and reinforce potty-training routines with patience, consistency, and encouragement.
Plan and accompany our toddler to age-appropriate classes, activities, parks, libraries, and other enriching experiences around the city.
Prepare, nutritious meals and snacks for the children and assist with family meal prep as needed.
Handle children's laundry, keep the playroom and children's bathroom clean and organized
Assist with grocery shopping and other household errands as needed.
Flexibility: Work collaboratively with the family to accommodate occasional evening and weekend needs.
Ideal Candidate
Has a background or demonstrated experience in child development, early childhood education, infant care, or a related field.
Is knowledgeable about toddler milestones, potty training, infant care, and age-appropriate activities.
Enjoys planning educational outings and creating stimulating, screen-free activities that encourage learning, creativity, movement, and exploration.
Values hands-on engagement and remains fully present with the children.
Is willing to assist with light household tasks and family-related errands.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Reichert Family with 1 Child
Hello--we are looking for a nanny for our four year old daughter, Paige. She is in half-day school this year, approximately four blocks from our apartment, from 12:15-3pm, and pick-up/drop-off would be needed. On top of this, she has a few afterschool activities. We would probably want coverage from around 10am-5pm on weekdays. The house has dogs, but pet care would not be expected.

My daughter is super sweet, loves to walk around the city and shop, and loves to have fun. We just want her to have an adult to walk around the city with. She is homeschooled so she doesn’t do much and we aren’t home to be with her through out the day. We just want some company for our daughter. There aren’t many responsibilities but cooking for her and helping her wash her clothes. You will work Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Hours can be adjusted if necessary. One requirement is style. Fashion sense is a must if you will be our nanny.
