Our family is in need of a caregiver that can help us with our two young boys. Rowin is seven and Oden (Odie) is five. Kip (Dad) and Tasha (Mom) are both Wildland firefighters for the BLM.
During fire season Kip and Tasha are expected to work long hours, holidays and weekends. Either one of the parents could be called to respond to a wildfire that requires them to be away from home for up to 14 days
