Full-Time Nanny Job: The Brady Family with 4 Children
Nanny/Family Assistant Needed – Myers Park, Charlotte, NC
Not a traditional nanny role: a hybrid of childcare and household support, with room to grow for the right person.
Our kids: We’re a very active Myers Park family with four kids: two boys (6 and 5) and two girls (2 and 5 months). We also have a second nanny, a cleaner, and laundry help.
Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours guaranteed (usually 40 to 45). Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 7 PM; Monday, Wednesday, Friday about 12 PM to 7 PM. Flexibility is essential: occasional later evenings, overnights, and summer and school-break changes. Start mid-December 2026 or January 1, 2027.
Responsibilities: Mainly our two boys after school (games, reading, manners, routines), plus the girls Tuesday and Thursday mornings until 11:30 AM. School and activity driving, kid-friendly meals, and house manager duties: errands, groceries, gift wrapping, sports gear, and vendor coordination. Some family travel.
You: Energetic, flexible, and proactive, able to keep up with an active family. Warm, confident, and able to keep kids in line without losing the fun. Childcare experience, reliable driver, references.
Benefits: W-2, paid time off and holidays, gas stipend, and overnight and travel pay.

Hi - My wife and I are looking for a full time nanny for our son (10 months). Our current nanny is awesome but she's older and won't be able to keep up when he can start walking which will be soon. So, we are looking for someone full time that can take over and care for him! We are looking for 9am-3pm Mon-Fri, can adjust to 8am-3pm if preferred. Looking for someone who will spend meaningful time engaging with him, playing at the house, walking him in his stroller around the neighborhood, taking him to parks, kiddie classes, the pool in the summer, etc. My wife and I are super easy going and understanding. Life is busy outside of work, so if you are sick or need time off or whatever we just ask for a heads up. We historically paid our nanny in cash, to help her save on taxes, but are open to something more structured and formal, whatever makes you most comfortable. We're totally fine with taking time off whether a mental health day here, a vacation, whatever it may be we just ask for enough notice so we can find other accommodations! Our son is well mannered, he has his fussy moments! but is generally a happy little guy. Loves to play, be around people and loves his dog. Drinks four bottles of formula a day, and is eating three solid little meals as well. Our house has plenty of space, fenced in backyard and we're in a great neighborhood close to a bunch of stuff in Charlotte (South Park area). All in we're looking for someone sweet and reliable who will enjoy spending time with our son and can be apart of the family the next while.

Hello, I have two boys. Youngest is 4 years old. His name is Alessandro and he is a special needs child. My oldest is 6 years old and his name is Andres. I will need help Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 am-2:00pm the children will wake up around 7:30am but I need to leave the house at 5am then on Thursday from 9:00am until 6:30pm then on Friday morning from 5:00am to 8:00am. On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday my 6 year old son will have to get dropped off at school and picked up only on thursday. Another expectation is to potty train my 4 year old and plan activities for him to do for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
