My husband works from home so we actually prefer if the nanny primarily works from the other family's home. We plan to follow the vaccine recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, baby led weaning, and lots of independent play (little to no screens). We would need help Monday-Friday and have some flexibility with start and end times.
