We are looking for a kind and caring caregiver to help with our family's after school routine on weekdays.
Duties include:
- Picking up the girls from school
- Driving the girls to after school activities when scheduled
- Meal prep
- Start bedtime routines
Desired schedule:
- Roughly 20 hours/week
- Monday - Thursday, 3:30-8:30pm, which would include some light housework (e. g. laundry) on days when the girls are in school until 5:30
- On occasion, extended hours (until about 10pm) may be requested some days when one parent is traveling
- If this exact schedule does not work for you, please reach out since we do have some flexibility
We will provide W-2 through a payroll service for this position, along with paid sick days, vacation, and holidays.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Gaeta Family with 1 Child
Our son was born August 2026 and we are looking for an excellent full time nanny to join our Newton, MA household beginning January 2027! Ideal hours would total ~40 hours per week, at four weekdays of nanny’s choosing per week ~10 hours each of those days (7:30 am - 5:30 pm). Arrangement intended to last at minimum through September 2027. Includes sick and vacation time. Hourly rate commensurate with experience, ranging from $26-30 per hour as a W2 employee with $200 monthly health care stipend. NOTE: live-in option available given finished basement (~1k sq. ft.) with full bathroom, and entrance.
Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive, engaging, and educational activities with full supervision (includes outdoor activities)
- Behavioral guidance and developing social skills
- Managing daily routine
- Minimal housework revolving around the child’s needs (laundry, diaper changing, dressing, etc.)
- Feeding and helping with solid introduction (as of this posting we are exclusively breastfeeding)

- Experience with infant and early child care
- Reliable transportation to our home (~0.75 miles from Green Line stop)
- Comfortable with golden retriever (no expectation to care for family dog)
- Non-smoker
- Infant and child CPR & First Aid certified
- Updated vaccinations (at minimum TDAP, Covid, Flu, MMR, Varicella, Hep B & A)
