I am a social worker so my schedule is different weekly and sometimes daily. I need a reliable nanny at least 4 days a week for about 6-7 hours a day. I prefer a nanny that speaks fluent Spanish and English. I have a two month old boy who is the center of my world. I need a trusted nanny to provide supervision and care for him in my home during the week.

Hello! Were looking for a nanny to provide long-term care for our 2-year-old daughter.

Start date: As early as Aug 2026.

Location: 21231. Days/ Hours: 3 days/week. Tues, Wed, Thurs are preferred. Guaranteed 8 hours/day.

Pay/ Benefits: Pay based on experience. Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.

Responsibilities: Play and developmental activities (no screen time), naps, meals/snacks, toileting, outdoor time, etc. Following responsive/attachment-based caregiving practices.

Requirements: Fragrance-free is a must (fragrance-free laundry detergent, no perfume or other scented products, etc.); Non-smoker; Fully vaccinated; CPR certified. Comfortable with dogs in the home. We have 2 medium-sized dogs. Comfortable providing care with other adults in the home. I currently work from home part-time in a separate office.
