A little bit about us

I’m looking for a kind, dependable, long-term nanny for my 3 sweet children—one infant and two elementary-aged children! 😊

I’m a nurse working 3 rotating 12-hour day shifts from 7a–7p. My schedule will be provided monthly. My primary need is approximately 2–3 days weekly (depending on custody arrangements, which will be discussed well in advance), plus occasional date nights or personal outings.

Depending on the day, care may be primarily for my infant or for all 3 children. Responsibilities may include bottles and meals, diaper changes, age-appropriate play, homework support, and beginning the bedtime routine.

A major priority is consistently following my baby’s nap and bedtime schedule. Late-evening naps make it difficult for both of us to sleep before my next shift, so I need someone comfortable gently keeping him engaged after his nap cutoff and helping him transition into bedtime.

Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification are required. The ideal caregiver will:

• Have dependable transportation and a safe driving record
• Have experience caring for infants and multiple children
• Be gentle, patient, attentive, and dependable
• Be a non-smoker/non-vaper
• Provide references and complete a background check
• Want to build a consistent, long-term relationship with our family

Conversational or fluent Spanish is strongly preferred, though not required. My children and I are learning, and natural, everyday language exposure is very important to me.

Care can take place in my home or, once trust and a relationship have been established, yours. I’d just like to talk through who, if anyone, would typically be present during care so everyone feels comfortable and there are no surprises.
