Single doctor dad seeking a warm, high-energy, proactive Nanny / Family Assistant for 3 amazing kids: boy (11, 6th grade), girl (9, 4th grade), and boy (7, 2nd grade) in Wisconsin.

We live in a beautiful home with a big, fenced-in backyard, a pool, and two sweet, high-energy dogs (a Goldendoodle and a Golden Retriever). We thrive on positive energy, laughter, and mutual respect, and want someone with a joyful, can-do attitude.
📅 Schedule & Flexibility
• Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Note: I recently opened my own medical clinic. As a new business, I often have after-hours commitments or late patient needs. We need a partner who can comfortably accommodate occasional late finishes or evening coverage with advance notice.

• Childcare & Fun: Keeping three active kids engaged, swimming in the pool, and planning fun, screen-free activities.
• Transportation: Safely driving kids to activities, sports, or appointments (reliable vehicle & clean driving record required).
• Homework Help: Assisting with schoolwork and staying organized across 6th, 4th, and 2nd-grade levels.
• Household Help: Keeping the home tidy, managing kids' laundry, light meal prep, and maintaining routines.
• Pet Care: Letting dogs out, fresh water, yard play, and keeping them involved in family fun.

I have an almost 9yo son. He is very active and plays soccer. He loves animals, adventures, and sports. He is a student in a Spanish dual immersion program. He does struggle some with anxiety and ADHD and would love someone that has some experience with children with these struggles.
My schedule varies, but I usually have my schedule planned several months in advance. Some weeks I may need help getting my son to or from school (or on/off the bus) or to/from activities in the evenings. I also work some overnights and weekends. I have a job where I cannot call off sick or be late, so I need someone reliable. We do have a few pets (2 dogs and a cat), so we hope that you like pets too!
Overall, we are looking for someone dependable, flexible, and able to work with a busy and active child/family.
While not required, I’d love to have someone that speaks at least some Spanish to help reinforce his learning at school.
