Looking for child care for my 3 month old daughter Rowan. We would need childcare starting around 7:15am Wednesday-Friday. Ending hours would typically be around 5:30 when my partner gets home from work. This could vary to earlier times as he is self employed. We do also have a 12 year old dog that will be in the house, she has a doggy door that leads outside so the only thing we would ask is to refill her water if needed throughout the day.

My husband and I are looking for another family for a 3-4 day/week nanny share (T-F or T-Th). Our daughter, Rosie, is 5 months old and we want to get started asap! 2. We live in SW Denver and would prefer that the other family is geographically close. Which family hosts can be flexible.
3. We want a long term arrangement if possible! Our dream would be to never have to do daycare, but instead be able to partner with other parents straight through to preschool.
4. Vaccines are nonnegotiable for any partner family and nanny, and we'd strongly prefer someone who is progressive/lefty when it comes to gender and race issues in particular.
