Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM (20 hours per week).
Our children love learning, playing, and participating in extracurricular activities. We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with children and can bring patience, structure, and encouragement to their afternoons.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing homework assistance for our three school aged children, including individualized support for a child with ADHD.
* Supervising and engaging with the children during afternoon and evening routines.
* Preparing backpacks, pajamas, and clothing for the following day.
* Helping with light household tasks, including wiping down the children's dining area, sweeping, vacuuming, and kitchen cleanup.
My husband is a stay at home dad and will work alongside you, handling all school pickups, transportation, meals, and bath time. You will not be expected to manage all four children independently throughout your shift.
We're especially interested in someone with teaching, tutoring, or experience supporting children with ADHD who is kind, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping children thrive.
Pay: up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
We're hoping to build a positive, trusting relationship with someone who will become a consistent and valued part of our children's daily routine!
