Must speak fluent English, have own car, have exptensive experience with autism and be able to do everything from cook, clean and drive kids to appointments. This is not a position for a new nanny, or someone experimenting with nannying. We need a serious professional that will have very little learning curve.

She is a great cook, and could cook the sitter meals - but will need a ride to the grocery store.
