You'll pick up one child from the school bus at 3:45 p.m. and the other from daycare between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, prepare dinner and next-day school snacks and lunches, supervise playtime, and help with bath and bedtime routines. You'll also keep the household running smoothly with light cleaning, laundry, tidying, grocery shopping, errands, and schedule coordination. A safe, reliable vehicle is required; car seats are provided. Candidates will complete a driving and background check. Pay is $25 to $30 per hour based on experience, paid weekly via Zelle or Venmo. We have 3 energetic children ages 3, 5 and 9. All are potty trained. We are looking for help during weekday evenings and variable (day/afternoon/evening) on the weekends. Typically, it will be about 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Hours during the week are from 4p to 7:30p and on the weekends usually 1 or 2pm to 6:30 or 7:30pm. Again, the weekend hours are variable and not always required. We would like to find one or multiple Nannies who can help care for the children and tidy up after them. Meal prep for kids, wiping counters/table, cleaning dishes/pots or placing in dishwasher, sweeping floor, if needed and putting away toys, shoes, clothes, etc will be expected of the role. Bedtime routine includes helping coordinate bathing, teeth brushing, etc.

If more hours were preferred we are certainly open to that as well. Whether that be staying after the kids are on the bus to help with things like making lunch for the next day, organizing the kids things, help with dishes from day prep., etc. - or coming back in the afternoon when the kids return home - either would be very useful. We are open to a nanny share situation with another family or full-time, at least Mon - Thursday, so these are some of the considerations that would be great to talk through. If we learn to trust the nanny, help with drop off in the afternoon at their activities like dance and tutoring could be useful as well.
