A little bit about us
My husband and I have 2 girls and 2 boys (ages almost 3, almost 5, 7, & 9). We need help about 2-3 days a week from around 2 pm to 8 pm. We are looking for someone who is energetic and has a good work ethic. We need someone who can help the kids with their homework, prepare dinner, get the kids through dinner and showers and get them to bed. We also need help with some light housekeeping, organizing, folding clean laundry and putting it away.
If you're interested or if you have any questions, please message me.

I have two girls: Dorothy and Ruby. Dorothy is smart and anxious. Ruby is boisterous and athletic. They are both hilarious and adorable.
We have two dogs that will also be there, but the girls can take care of the dogs. One of them is a herding dog will need an extended period to get used to you.
Hope you can help!

We are also hoping to get some help around the house with housekeeping and have factored in that time/pay. Laundry is a must, vacuum, dust, bathrooms, etc.

Types of After-School Nanny Jobs and Responsibilities
Typical duties include school or bus-stop pickup, snacks, homework help, activities and lessons, and sometimes dinner. Some jobs include a few mornings or school holidays too. Check the school pickup time, the days per week, and whether driving is required.
How to Interview for After-School Nanny Jobs
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:
- What time is school pickup, and which days do you need care?
- Will I drive, and is a car seat or vehicle provided?
- How do you handle early dismissals and school holidays?
- What are the children's activities and routines?
- Is dinner or light housekeeping part of the job?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
