Mom is looking for help with morning routines and support with the 3 year old and 1.5 year old twins when they are not in school.
We enjoy being outdoors and we enjoy limited screen time. We have a pool and we spend a lot of time swimming. Our older boys are rambunctious and fun, and we enjoy playing board games, toy cars and playing with friends from school. Our younger kids enjoy playing together. We also enjoy being with our family. Mom’s sister and mother are very involved and will be a steady presence in the home. There are five children, but you will mostly be responsible for the younger kids (3 year old and 1.5 year old twins)

What Are Nanny Jobs for Twins?
Nanny jobs for twins are positions with families who have twins, triplets, or other multiples. These roles suit nannies who enjoy a busy, hands-on household and have experience with more than one child of the same age. Your experience with multiples can set you apart.
Types of Nanny Jobs for Twins and Responsibilities
Duties include feeding, naps, play, and outings for more than one child at once, often with a shared routine. Some families have newborn multiples and need help with sleep and feeding, while others have toddlers or school-age children. Check the ages of the children, the hours, and whether there will be a second caregiver.
How to Interview for Nanny Jobs for Twins
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:
- How old are the children, and what are their routines?
- Will there be another caregiver or parent at home?
- Do the children share a schedule for naps and feeding?
- Will I be taking them out alone, and what equipment do you have?
- How will pay work for caring for more than one child?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
