A little bit about us

Looking for a full time nanny for my 27 month old twin girls starting October 2026. They are currently enrolled at a montessori school M-F 830-3.

Can guarantee 30+ hours a week and specifically if possible to have 7-9am morning help and 2-7pm evening help since the girls are at school M-F but we can work out the schedule depending on how long your commute is (e.g., only 2-7pm if not local). I am looking for a mother's helper / nanny so duties will also include light housekeeping like helping to clean the kitchen area after meals, loading dish washer, vacuuming floor, wiping counter/tabletops, laundry for the kids, tidying up the play area, keeping the kid's room and bathroom clean, and taking out the trash each night. Open to discuss possible live-in as well. Looking for M-F and 4-8 hours on one of the weekend days. Being able to drive is a must to help with pick up and drop off as well.

Depending on skill level this role could be more of a house manager / cook or food prep / light housework as well with some assistance with childcare. We will figure out the division of duties between us when we discuss.

Both my husband and I work from home but he travels for work so I need someone to help me out.

What Are Nanny Jobs for Twins?

Nanny jobs for twins are positions with families who have twins, triplets, or other multiples. These roles suit nannies who enjoy a busy, hands-on household and have experience with more than one child of the same age. Your experience with multiples can set you apart.

Types of Nanny Jobs for Twins and Responsibilities

Duties include feeding, naps, play, and outings for more than one child at once, often with a shared routine. Some families have newborn multiples and need help with sleep and feeding, while others have toddlers or school-age children. Check the ages of the children, the hours, and whether there will be a second caregiver.

How to Interview for Nanny Jobs for Twins

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:

  • How old are the children, and what are their routines?
  • Will there be another caregiver or parent at home?
  • Do the children share a schedule for naps and feeding?
  • Will I be taking them out alone, and what equipment do you have?
  • How will pay work for caring for more than one child?

Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
