A little bit about us
We have a special needs toddler with autism spectrum disorder and special eating needs.
We could go more in depth on that and all of her food would be prepared prior to.
And we have a 9 year old who is very talkative and loves to play games. Loves art and is a really good with the flow kiddo
We relocated here and have no family close.
Would love an occasional date night. It's been years!!!
Would prefer somebody who is familiar with autism. But not a requirement. We asked that you'd be patient and kind and we will return the favor. 🫶🏼
Allergy warning: We do have one kitty in our home. His name is Onyx.
Thanks for taking time to read our Bio.

What Are Weekend Nanny Jobs?
Weekend nanny jobs are positions that cover Saturdays, Sundays, or both. Some families need a regular weekend nanny, and others only need help on certain weekends for work, travel, or events. Weekend jobs suit nannies who want extra income alongside another job, students, and anyone who prefers a part-time schedule.
Types of Weekend Nanny Jobs and Responsibilities
Weekend nanny jobs range from a regular weekly shift to a handful of planned weekends a year. Some are a few hours on a Saturday afternoon, and others are a full day or an overnight. Responsibilities can include meals, play and outings, nap and bedtime routines, and light tidying related to the children. Read each posting for the dates, hours, and expectations before you reply.
How to Interview for Weekend Nanny Jobs
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:
- Which weekends and hours do you need, and is the schedule regular?
- How much notice will you give me for one-off weekends?
- Will I be at your home, or taking the children to activities and outings?
- How will I be paid, and by what day?
- What are the children's ages and routines?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
