The most important thing about being a babysitter is to offer a safe, loving and trusting environment for children. I think it is essential to be responsible and always be aware of their emotional, physical and educational needs. In addition, patience and empathy are key to being able to connect with them and create a relationship of respect and affection. Also, the ability to adapt to each child, since each one has their own pace of development, is essential. Lastly, I think that having a positive attitude and being creative in activities to encourage their learning and fun is something that makes the difference.
