The most important part about being a nanny...
Caring for the kids and growing with them! Having a connection to a child you’re taking care of and growing a bond is very important. I feel it’s hard for children when they don’t get to experience a caretaker ( outside of guardians) that they bond with or can talk to. Showing the child love and kindness shows a major difference in children as they transition into adulthood! Also keeping the children safe when they are with you in this day and age is always priority for me!
