The most important part about being a nanny...
Patience and an attentive attitude. As well as being able to treat and care for others kids as you would want your own treated and cared for. Knowing how to communicate with kids, give them their space when necessary most importantly putting yourself in their shoes. Try to identify any problems the children are having and figure out all angles to resolve any problems.
