The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the children are safe and happy.
My experience with special needs children...
I work with a special needs child that was age 10. She autistic with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Each kid with special needs are unique and different. I watched her several times and usually worked 7am-8pm. I would cook breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I would also give her medicine in the morning and afternoon. I’ve learned from work with her you need to be patient and she loves to have fun like everybody else.
