As a former collegiate athlete, I love to be outside and play sports. I also love crafts, playing guitar, and reading in my free time. My experience mostly comes from closely and frequently watching my 7 y/o nephew, and my 3, 2, and 1 y/o nieces; my 3 nieces each have challenges associated with premature birth so I am entirely competent when it comes to diverse needs of infants/children. Most recently, I was employed as a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry while simultaneously working as a Communications & Program Coordinator for a youth soccer program for children ages 2-10. Additionally, I have work experience at an intensive in-patient facility for children ages 6-18 experiencing mental health and behavioral issues. Above having a fun time, I think it's very important to engage kids in learning outside of a school setting. I think this truly helps to develop real, unique interests and perspectives in their lives. I also have professional cleaning and driving experience!
