My experience with special needs children...
I personally have adhd and a lot of experience with neurodivergent friends so I am good at interacting with kids like that, but I would probably want detailed information from the parent about any equipment or routines for the specific child. I am also very into helping children who learn differently develop their own learning and life skills, and not forcing neurotypical standards on them.
