i think a very important part about being a nanny or babysitter would be having the right attitude towards the child. in my experience having a positive attitude goes a long way with kids because it builds a happy healthy environment that they feel safe and loved in.

i think one of my favorite moments were when i was taking care of my little cousin and we were playing school, and we had these little letter boards with velcro on the back, and i would ask her "hey bailey which letter is A" and she'd just pick F for every letter i asked about it was so funny to me. but eventually she got the hang of it
