The most important part about being a nanny...
I think really it’s just being a person for the kids to feel safe around. Someone who will be a good role model for the kids. And caring for them, like the parents would. Little kids are like sponges, they soak up so many things in their early years. It’s important to make sure they feel loved and cared for by the people around them.

I’ve grown up with 3 family members with autism, and have also had experience working with special needs kids at a preschool for kids with autism.
