More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have cared for children as young as 8 months and as old as 15. Additionally, I have coached soccer for all ages, abilities and genders. In addition to nannying and coaching, prior to COVID, I worked as a Camp Director and oversaw youth sports programs at one of the largest YMCA's in the country.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Sports, baking, going to the park, board games, outside games, hikes, snowboarding - anything to get everyone moving and having a good time!

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the most important parts of being a nanny is building trust with the children and the family so that everyone is working towards the same goal - happy and healthy kids! Additionally, as I previously mentioned, being a good role model to kids through your actions and words when you are spending time with them will stick with them for a long time!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children with learning disabilities, as well as physical disabilities. I believe it is important to help each child, with an individual approach, find the best way for them to be successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being around kids all day there are too many sweet/funny moments to count! I remember as a kid, I looked up to my baby sitters and thought they were the coolest people ever. I love when that comes full circle and I get to be a good role model for kids. I also love when I can make something thats not fun (like cleaning up or homework) into something kids enjoy - or at least can tolerate better!
