I have several years of hands-on experience caring for children in a variety of settings. I spent 3 years doing community service at Northridge REC, assisting with the children’s day camp Kamp Kaleidoscope as a CIT (Counselor in Training), where I helped supervise activities, ensure safety, and engage children in fun, age-appropriate programs.

For the past two summers, I worked as a full-time camp counselor at Cali Camp in Topanga Canyon, where I was responsible for planning activities, supervising groups of children, managing safety (including allergies), and creating a fun and structured environment for campers.

Additionally, I have babysat and nannied for multiple families, including a professional NBA family, where I provided high-quality, trustworthy care in a high-expectation environment. I also enjoy engaging children in creative activities, sports, arts, and educational play, making sure they are always safe, happy, and entertained.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Dancing, bust a boogie ! and not the nose one ahaha
Just keeping them entertained in a safe yet fun manner. Doing arts and crafts -singing songs and just staying active while also having moments where its chill and relaxing. Breathing exercises are also very beneficial for growing children

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments as a nanny are always when the children are genuinely happy and having fun—dancing, drawing, and just enjoying life together. One memory that stands out was when I was caring for a little girl who loves stickers. She wanted to cover me in as many stickers as possible, so I let her go for it! We laughed so much and had such a fun, carefree time together. Moments like that remind me why I love working with kids—being silly, creative, and fully present with them is priceless.
