The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part about being a nanny is partnering with the parents. As a nanny, my time with children ends at a certain point, but the children remain with their parents majority of the time! I believe that in partnering with parents the children a nanny cares for is comforted with some familiarity and learns how to grow in an environment they are more than comfortable with!
