A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Addyson Sherbeck but most people just call me Addy. I’ve always been someone who cares deeply about others, and that’s a big part of what’s led me to where I am now.

I ride and compete with horses, which has taught me patience, confidence, and how to stay calm under pressure. I also used to work with cars and derby them—definitely a different kind of adrenaline rush, but it was a ton of fun and taught me how to work hard and get my hands dirty.

Right now, I’m going to UNK to become a mental health therapist. My goal is to help people through some of the hardest parts of their lives. I’m also planning to get certified in alcohol and substance abuse counseling, and eventually earn my master’s in mental health therapy. I want to be someone people can turn to when they feel like they have no one else.

I try to stay calm, respectful, helpful, and professional in everything I do but more than anything, I just want to be someone who truly makes a difference.
