The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is building a trusting bond with the child through empathy and understanding of their unique needs and personality. I also value maintaining a positive and open relationship with parents, so we can work together to provide a consistent and supportive environment.

My favorite moments as a nanny are when I can truly connect with the children, whether we’re playing at the park with other kids, doing arts and crafts at home, or singing and having fun together.
