I think one of the most important parts of being a nanny is developing a genuine relationship with the children you’re caring for, as well as building a trusting relationship with their parents. I also believe it’s important to have fun, be patient, and keep an open mind. Every child is different, so being adaptable and willing to learn helps create a positive and comfortable environment for everyone.
