One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a shy child at camp finally open up during a group activity I led. By encouraging them gently and making the game fun, they went from standing on the sidelines to laughing and joining in with everyone. Watching that confidence bloom and knowing I helped create a safe space for them was incredibly rewarding.
